If you haven’t received a statement for a while it could be because:
You’re new to OVO
If you’ve just joined us, it usually takes around 4-6 weeks to receive your first statement.
You’ve had a smart meter installation
When you’re getting a smart meter, we'll pause your statements until your new meter has been set up and validated. This process is standard across all energy suppliers.
It might take up to 6-8 weeks to receive your first bill after smart meter exchange.
You’ve moved home
If you’ve moved and signed up to OVO again, it can take 4-6 weeks to get your first bill.
You’ve left OVO
If you’ve switched to a new supplier, you’ll receive your final bill within 6 weeks. We need to wait for your new supplier to send your first readings to us. Once you’ve got your final statement, if you're due a refund, you'll get it within 10 working days.
