What happens if your Direct Debit has failed
Don’t worry. If this happens, we’ll try again in the next few weeks. Just make sure you have enough money in your bank account to cover your missed payment and the next one.
If we can’t take your Direct Debit 2 months in a row, we’ll cancel it
We’ll get in touch to talk about different ways you can pay off the missed payments – if you’re struggling with your bills, just give us a call and we’ll help
If you’re able to, you can always make a top-up online to cover the negative balance you have built because of this
Don’t worry, your energy supply won’t be affected and you can easily set up a new Direct Debit again
