How to change your Direct Debit date
Follow our lead. Log into your account and:
- Go to Payments
- Scroll down to the Direct Debit date
- Click on Want to change the date?
- Choose your new date
It takes us 6 days to tell your bank about this change. If your new Direct Debit date falls within 6 days of your current one, we’ll take this month’s payment on the old date – and change it from the next.
