No WAN or no HAN
If there’s no WAN signal, we won’t get your electricity and gas meter readings automatically. Temporary connection problems often resolve themselves. If the problem persists for over a week, get in touch so we can investigate it.
If there’s no HAN we won’t get your gas meter readings automatically and your meter won’t send data to your In-Home Display (IHD).
We can give you a device to boost WAN, or a relay to boost HAN. Get in touch with us so we can decide if either of these would help.
