Account in credit but no OVO Interest Reward
If you’re not seeing the Interest Reward on your ‘Charges’ page, even though your account’s in credit, it could be because your credit fell below your Direct Debit amount. For example, if your account’s in credit by £150 and your Direct Debit’s £100, we’ll pay the Interest Reward on £50.
We work out the Interest Reward each month on the balance of your account, just before we receive your Direct Debit payment. Then we apply the Interest Reward to your account and update it on your Charges page.
