OVO changed my statement date
When we moved your account over to our smarter online system your monthly statement date changed. On the new system we generate a statement each month on the date we started supplying your energy, this can be any day between the 1st and 28th. We’ll send your latest bill by email or post (depending on your contact preferences). Please get in touch if you’d prefer quarterly bills.
You can see your latest statement on your account 5 days after your billing date. For previous months, go to ‘Charges’ and use the arrows at the top to navigate back.
