Final bill and refund after switching away
We look after your switch and will contact you if we need to. We need to wait for your new supplier to send your first readings to us before we can send your final statement. This can take up to 6 weeks and your final refund will follow it within 10 working days. So, after switching, you’ll receive a refund in about 8 weeks.
If you need to give your new supplier a meter reading, press 9 on your smart meter.
