Find out your usage online

If you have an online account, you can find your energy use for previous years by going to ‘Usage’. Use the tabs at the top of the page to select year, month or day and the arrows to navigate to previous periods. There may be some gaps. This can happen if you’ve had a meter exchange, if you switched to a smart meter for example, or if you had a smart meter that stopped sending readings for any reason.

If you already had a smart meter and your account moved to our new online system before 18th April 2020:

You’ll find all your previous meter reads and energy use in kilowatt hours dating back to 2014. Information from previous traditional or multi-rate meters is not currently available.

If you have a traditional meter and your account moved to our new online system before 18th April 2020:

You’ll find all your previous meter reads and energy use in kilowatt hours, dating back to January 2017. Information from previous traditional or multi-rate meters is not currently available.

If you have a traditional or smart meter and your account was moved to our new online system after 18th April 2020:

You’ll find all your previous meter reads and energy use in kWh, dating back to your supply start date. Information from previous imperial gas meters, or multi-rate electric meters is not currently available.
