If you’ve any hearing issues a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter can help you manage your OVO Energy account.
We’ve teamed up with SignVideo – a free service available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Use the button below to connect with a BSL interpreter to let them know what you need help with. They’ll feed your questions to us and get back to you with the answers. You don’t need any special equipment or training to use this, you can access it anywhere there’s an internet connection on any device (computers, tablets, mobiles etc.).
