Download your statement

We send your latest bill (we don't call it a statement) by email or post on your billing date each month. We’ll upload your bill to your online account shortly afterwards (usually after 5 days) – ready to download. Head to the Home screen and under 'Money in and out of your balance' you'll see 'Find recent charges and download your bills' – tap to see all the bills that are available to download.
